- Carrot cake mix
- Orange candy melts
- Cream cheese softened

How to make Carrot Cake Cheesecake Bites:
Step 1. Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the box, and then bake according to the box instructions.

Step 2. Let the cake cool completely.
Step 3. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Step 4. Crumble the cake into the bowl with the cream cheese, and combine well.

Step 5. Chill for 2 hours.

Step 6. Form the cake mixture into 22 evenly-sized cake balls.

Step 7. Melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.

Step 8. Dip the cake balls into the white chocolate, and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 9. Melt the orange candy melts, and use the spoon or the tines of a fork to drizzle it over the top of the cake balls.
