Chicken Taquitos

Easy homemade Chicken Taquitos made with shredded chicken, cheese and salsa!
You can serve Chicken Taquitos with Mexican Rice, Mexican Restaurant Cheese Dip and veggies!

Ingredients Needed To Make Chicken Taquitos:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
15 corn or flour tortillas
To serve:
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Hot sauce
How To Make Chicken Taquitos:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
Step 2. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, salsa and sour cream and stir until well combined. Add all the remaining ingredients except the tortillas and toss to combine.

Step 3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook tortillas for 15 seconds on each side. Remove to a plate covered with tinfoil to keep them warm.
Step 4. In the middle of each tortilla, place a spoonful of filling in a line and roll tightly. Brush each taquito with oil and place onto baking tray.

Step 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the shells are crispy. Serve taquitos topped with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
