Ingredients for the Fudge:
- 2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 4 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ½ cup Peanut Butter Baking Chips
Ingredients for the Topping:
- ½ cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (Melted)
- ½ cup Peanut Butter (Melted)
- 2 Disposable Piping Bags
Directions:
Step 1. Prepare a 8 x8 inch baking pan by greasing the pan with butter.
Step 2. Line the baking pan with parchment paper that overhangs all four of the sides of the pan.
Step 3. Add chocolate semi-sweet chips, 2 tablespoons of the butter and 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk in a large glass bowl. Heat for 30 seconds then stir, and repeat the steps for about 1 minute 30 seconds.
Step 4. In a second glass bowl, add peanut butter chips, 2 tablespoons of butter, and the rest of the sweetened condensed milk (use a spatula to get all of the milk out of the can). Heat this mixture in the microwave in 30 second then stir (at full power).
Step 5. Repeat this for about 1 minute. First pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
Step 6. With an offset spatula even the layer out. Pour the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
Step 7. Repeat with the offset spatula to even the peanut butter layer out.
Directions for the Topping:
Step 1. Add the melted chocolate chips in the piping bag.
Step 2. Add the melted peanut butter chips in the second piping bag.
Step 3. With the 2 piping bags filled with the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips pip lines across the top of the fudge.
Step 4. Use a butter knife to pull through to create zigzag lines.
Step 5. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
Step 6. Take out of the pan by lifting the candy with the overhanging parchment paper. Cut the candy into squares.
Step 7. Store in an airtight container.
