- 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ pound Spaghetti
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- ¾ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 ½ tsp Parsley (Dried)
How to make Creamy Garlic Pasta:
Step 1: Place on the stove a medium pan and turn the heat to medium. Add olive oil, garlic and stir for 1 minute. Make sure not to burn the garlic.
Step 2: Add butter and stir until melted.
Step 3: Add the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring it to a boil.
Step 4: Add in the spaghetti. Stir constantly to introduce all the pasta in the broth without breaking it.
Cook for around 12 minutes and check the consistency of the pasta. Cook until al dente while stirring from time to time.
Step 5: Once the spaghetti is ready, add in the cream, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Make sure to stir until well combined.
Step 6: Make sure to stir until well combined. Serve right away and enjoy it with a piece of bread!
