What you need to make these Crispy Chicken Fritters:

25 oz. Canned Chicken Breast (Drained)

One large Egg

¼ cup Breadcrumbs

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

¼ tsp. Onion Powder

¼ tsp. Garlic Powder

⅛ tsp. Thyme (Ground)

Salt And Pepper To Taste

Extra Breadcrumbs For Coating

Oil For Frying

How to make these Crispy Chicken Fritters:

Step 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the extra breadcrumbs and oil. Knead with your hands to combine well.

Step 2. Form the mixture into six evenly sized patties.  Coat the outside of the patties in the extra breadcrumbs.

Step 3. Heat a layer of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4. Add the patties to the heated oil, and brown them evenly on both sides until cooked through and crispy.

Step 5. Drain in a towel-lined plate before serving.
