What you need to make Chicken Pesto Bake:

2 Chicken Breasts In Half Lengthwise (Sliced)

4 tsp. Low Fat Low-Calorie Basil Pesto

6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

1 Tomato (Sliced Thinly)

Salt And Pepper To Taste

2 tsp. Parmesan Cheese

How to make this Chicken Pesto Bake:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste, and place onto a baking sheet.

Step 3. Top each piece of chicken with a teaspoon of the pesto.  Bake for 15 minutes

Step 4. Top the chicken pieces with slices of tomato and the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes longer.

Step 5. Garnish with the parmesan cheese before serving.
