Can I use a different meat?
You can change the protein to any number of options. Shredded beef or chicken makes great Taco Sticks. You can add in Tofu, or Sausage if you prefer.
Do I have to use Pizza Dough?
I found the pizza dough holds up better to the weight of the cheese and meat. However, I would imagine that a biscuit dough would work well or even a bread dough that has been rolled out thin.
