Very easy to make with ripe bananas and other simple ingredients! Recipe card at the bottom.

Prep Time: 10 minutes – Cook Time: 1 hour – Servings: 10

Banana Bread

Ingredients:

2 C. All purpose flour

1 C. Granulated sugar

Pinch of salt

1 tsp. Baking soda

½ tsp. Ground cinnamon

½ C. Melted butter

2 Large eggs

3 Ripe bananas that have been mashed

How To Make Banana Bread:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, ground cinnamon, melted butter and eggs.

Blend in the mashed bananas.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan that is well greased.

Bake the bread for 1 hour.

Let cool before you serve.
