Funfetti Cheesecake Ice Cream Pie

My kids love this good dessert for an afternoon snack.
I know you can’t wait to make this!
Ingredients:
1 Reduced fat premade graham cracker crust
5 oz. Softened cream cheese
1 Can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
¼ C. Vanilla cake mix
1 Box of Sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding
8 oz. Whipped topping
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Sprinkles for garnish
How to make Funfetti Cheesecake Ice Cream Pie:
Step 1. Blend the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
Step 2. Add the vanilla extract, pudding mix, cake mix, and sweetened condensed milk to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese, and blend until well incorporated.

Step 3. Fold the whipped topping into the mixture by hand, until it is completely blended.
Step 4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pie crust
Step 5. Top with sprinkles for garnish.
Step 6. Place the pie into the freezer to set for a minimum of 5-6 hours.
Step 7. Defrost slightly before serving if needed.

Instructions
