Garlic Lime Shrimp with honey is my favorite shrimp recipe made with simple and few ingredients!
Shrimp is my favorite seafood! My best shrimp recipes are: Hawaiian Shrimp, Sweet Chili Shrimp Stir Fry and Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Sausage.
It’s a quick and easy shrimp dish that the the whole family will love! Great for an easy weeknight meal!
Ingredients:
1 lb. (450g) shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey
1 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Chopped parsley, to garnish
How To Make Garlic Lime Shrimp:
Step 1. Shell and devein shrimp. Rinse with cold water, then drain and set aside.
Step 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Once butter has melted, add garlic and sauté until turning golden.
Step 3. Add shrimp to the pan. Cook shrimp for a minute or so, stirring a few times.
Step 4. Add honey, lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper to pan. Cook the shrimp until the honey lime sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
And
Step 5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
