Ingredients 

  • 8 oz. Ziti noodles cooked to your liking
  • ½ C. Hot water
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz. Jar of roasted red peppers drained and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 8 oz. Shrimp peeled, deveined and cut into pieces
  • 8 oz. Bay scallops
  • tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • ¾ C. Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Pour the mixture into a well greased 9×9 baking dish and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
