Ingredients:

For the steak:

  • Soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Hot sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

For the shrimp:

  • Shrimp
  • Olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

For the pasta:

  • Penne pasta
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

For the sauce:

  • Butter
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

How To Make Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo:

Step 1. In a Ziploc bag lace ½ cup of olive oil.

  • 1 lb. Steak cut unto bite sized pieces
  • ½ C. Olive oil
  • ¼ C. Soy sauce
  • ¼ C. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

  • 10 oz. Shrimp cleaned and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

For the pasta:

Instructions

  • Place the ½ cup butter and 4 oz cream cheese into the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and combined.
  • Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp cajun seasoning, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Cook the pasta with the salt and olive oil until done to your liking. Drain.
  • Return the meat to the skillet with the sauce as well as the noodles. Toss to coat well in the sauce and serve.
