Why does my German chocolate brownie cookies falling apart?

If your cookies are falling apart it could be a couple of things. If you didn’t measure ingredients properly you can find that it can dry out the cookies and cause them to fall apart.

  • Or use store-bought German chocolate frosting instead of making homemade.
