What you need to make this Hamburger Casserole:
1 lb. Small Pasta Shells
2 cans Tomato Soup
½ cup Water
1 lb. Beef (Ground)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt And Pepper To Taste
How to make this Hamburger Casserole:
Step 1. Boil the pasta shells in water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3. Drain any excess fat. In a bowl, stir together the water and soup.

Step 4. Stir the ground beef, pasta, soup mixture and ½ of the cheese together.

Step 5. Add the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish that has been well greased.
Step 6. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cook covered in aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
Step 7. Remove the foil and cook 10 minutes more.
