Homemade Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

This crowd-pleasing summertime pasta salad is quick, easy, and an excellent salad choice.

Homemade Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

SO GOOD and kids love it!

Homemade Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 Box bow tie pasta

1 Package of Ranch dressing seasoning

1 ½ C. Mayonnaise

1 C. Bacon chopped

1 Medium tomato chopped and cored

1 C. Thawed frozen peas

1 Carrot peeled and then shredded

Instructions:

Step 1. Boil the noodles and then drain well. Allow the noodles to cool completely.

Step 2. Mix together the ranch seasoning and the mayonnaise in a bowl until well combined.

Step 3. In a large mixing bowl, add the noodles, tomato, bacon pieces, frozen peas, and carrots.

Step 4. Stir to combine.

Step 5. Toss the noodle mixture with the mayonnaise mixture and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
