Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef 80/20
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tsp. minced garlic
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 Eggs, room temp
How to make Impossible Cheeseburger Pie:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2. In a large skillet add your ground beef, garlic, and the diced onions.
Step 3. Cook the ground beef mixture over medium heat for several minutes, where the ground beef is browned and onions translucent.
Step 4. Take the ground beef mixture and drain excess grease.
Step 5. Spray a 9-inch baking dish with a non-stick baking spray.
Step 6. Pour the beef mixture into the baking dish.
Step 7. Add the cheddar cheese to the beef mixture, making sure to spread it evenly.
Step 8. In a medium bowl, add the Bisquick, onion soup mix, eggs, and milk.
Step 9. Whisk until combined.
Step 10. Pour the mixture over the beef, making sure to have it evenly poured.
Step 11. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
Step 12. Garnish as desired.
