Cheeseburger Lasagna

Cheeseburger Lasagna

Prep Time: 15 minutes – Cook Time: 40-45 minutes – Servings: 8

Ingredients For Cheeseburger Lasagna:

2 lb. Ground beef

3 C. Pasta or tomato sauce divided

12 Lasagna noodles cooked to al dente

2 C. Shredded provolone cheese

2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make Cheeseburger Lasagna:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2. Add ½ cup of the sauce to the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.

Step 3. Layer 4 of the lasagna noodles on the sauce.

Step 4. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat until completely browned. Drain any excess fat and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5. Mix 2 cups of the sauce in with the meat.

Step 6. Spread half of the meat mixture on the lasagna noodles in the casserole dish.

Step 7. Sprinkle with ⅓ of the cheeses.

Step 8. Add another layer of lasagna noodles, followed by the other ½ of the meat and ⅓ of the cheese.

Step 9. Place one more row of lasagna noodles on top and cover with the remaining sauce and cheese.

Step 10. Bake for 30 minutes.
