Honestly, I simply love to eat cookies. It doesn’t matter what the holiday is what the event is, you can almost bet money that I am going to be bringing some kind of dessert, and a lot of times it is cookies. I know there are other people out there just like me who have a total Sweet Tooth all the time.

Can I Leave the Mint Out Of The Recipe

Yes, if you are not a fan of mint, you can easily leave the mint extract out of the Lucky Charms cookie dough.

It’s not a problem at all, and I know that there are a lot of people that aren’t fans of mint. If you or someone you’re serving isn’t a fan of mint, the cookies are still going to be decadent and delicious. Go ahead and make these cereal cookies without the mint and let us know what you think about how they turned out.

Storing Cookies

After you’re done baking the Saint Patrick’s Day cookie recipe, let the cookies come to room temperature. After they’ve cooled entirely, you can place the cereal cookies in a plastic or glass food container. MakeAfter they’ve cooled entirely; you can place the cereal cookies in a plastic or glass food container. Make sure the lid fits tightly.

The Lucky Charms mint chocolate chip cookies will last up to 5 days at room temperature. There’s no need to refrigerate them unless you just want to. It’s just very important that you keep them away from sunlight, heat, and steam.

Do These Cookies Freeze And Thaw Good

Yes, you can freeze these lucky charm cookies. After they’ve baked and cool-down, you can put them inside of a freezer-safe bag or a food storage container. Freeze the cookies for up to 2 months. Keep in mind when you thaw the cookies, you should place them on the counter until they’re soft and ready to eat. The marshmallows maybe a little bit different texture than when they were first made. That is completely normal, and they are edible. Because the marshmallows are freeze-dried, they do a lot better job of freezing than typical marshmallows wood.

You can easily make these lucky charm mint chocolate chip cookies up to five days in advance. Or if you’re planning to freeze them, you can freeze them up to 2 months in advance.

We like to make cookies around various holidays; we like to make cookies around various holidays throughout the year and give them to our friends and family. We will often take cookies over to our neighbors, or elderly who we know can’t make a lot of treats themselves. It’s a fun way to give back to people we care about. So being able to make the cookies in advance is a very important thing to us.
