Very easy to prepare! And a very crispy chicken recipe!

Is it necessary to marinate the chicken before preparing it?

Some people often skip the step of marinating chicken or meats because they don’t like to wait. But the truth is that this step is the most essential to enhance the flavor of the protein.

What happens while the chicken is marinated? It absorbs the flavor and is impregnated with the smell of the seasonings that you add. The longer it’s marinating, the better the chicken will taste when you prepare it. In addition, the elapsed time will help the sauces and seasonings to bind well and serve to continue marinating the chicken while it cooks.

We recommend that if you decide to prepare this recipe, marinate the chicken for a minimum of three hours before starting to prepare it. In this way, it will also acquire a juicy texture on the inside and crunchy on the outside that you will love.

Awesome! very very yummmy!

What’s the secret behind the super crispy texture of this chicken?

In addition to the ingredients that coat the chicken on the outside, what enhances the crispiness is the way it is fried and the temperature of the oil. This should not be too hot because it will burn the chicken and leave it raw inside.

Ideally, start at a high temperature to allow the oil to heat up properly. Then lower the temperature to medium when you introduce the chicken and let it cook until done.

Immediately afterward you can drain the excess oil with the help of a napkin so that only the flavor of the chicken remains and no oil. You will see how your teeth gnash when you bite into it.
