These Cinnamon Rolls are an easy recipe perfect for feeding a crowd. Each  Cinnamon Roll is already individually portioned, for a much less messy traditional American breakfast.

Have you ever had one of those mornings where nothing will do except a tender, gooey, and shamelessly large cinnamon roll? If so then this recipe is for you!

They are perfect-the way a cinnamon roll should be!

No Yeast Cinnamon Rolls

Prep Time: 25 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 24

Ingredients:

For the dough:

2 ½ C. All-purpose flour

¼ C. Sugar

1 tsp. Baking soda

1 tsp. Baking powder

1 C. Buttermilk

Pinch of salt

1 Stick of butter melted and divided

2 tsp. Vanilla extract

For the filling:

1 C. Brown sugar

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

2 Tbsp. Butter melted

For the icing:

5 oz. Cream cheese softened

1 C. Powdered sugar

2-4 Tbsp. Buttermilk

Instructions:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, 1 cup buttermilk, pinch of salt, 4 tbsp of the melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat until just combined.

Step 3. In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the filling.

Step 4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times.

Step 5. Divide the dough in half and roll each half of the dough into a rectangular shape about ¼ to ⅛ of an inch thick.

Step 6. Sprinkle half of the filling mixture onto each of the dough rectangles and roll lengthwise tightly until closed into a log.

Step 7. Cut the ends off of each log of dough, and then slice each log into 12 even pieces.

Step 8. Place the cinnamon rolls flat side down into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.

Step 9. Brush the rolls with the remaining melted butter.

Step 10. Bake for 20 minutes, and let cool for about 20 minutes.

Step 11. Mix together the ingredients for the icing, and spread over the cinnamon rolls before serving.
