Ingredients
- 1 Flaky Pie Crust
- 4 Large Eggs
- ½ C whole milk
- ½ C Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 C Add Ins, add your favorites: cooked Bacon, Sausage,Vegetables, Steak, Shrimp or Crab

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° Add pie crust dough to a quiche pan or round casserole
dish. - In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper
together until completely combined, about 1 minute. Whisk in your favorite addins here. Pour into your pan with dough. - Bake the quiche until the center is just about set, about 45-55 minutes.
Don’t over bake. Use a pie crust shield to prevent the pie crust edges from
overbrowning. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Top with optional toppings before
slicing and serving, if desired. Or you can cool the quiche completely before
serving.
