Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients For This Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe:

1 Flaky Pie Crust

4 Large Eggs

½ C whole milk

½ C Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream

¼ tsp Salt and Pepper

1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 C Add Ins (add your favorites: cooked Bacon, Sausage, Vegetables, Steak, Shrimp or Crab)

How To Make The Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 375° Add pie crust dough to a quiche pan or round casserole dish.

Step 2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together until completely combined, about 1 minute. Whisk in your favorite add­ins here. Pour into your pan with dough.

Step 3. Bake the quiche until the center is just about set, about 45­-55 minutes. Don’t over bake. Use a pie crust shield to prevent the pie crust edges from over­browning. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Top with optional toppings before slicing and serving, if desired. Or you can cool the quiche completely before serving.
