What do you need to make this Deluxe Egg Salad?

6 Hard-boiled eggs chopped well

4 oz. Cream cheese softened

1 Tbsp. Butter softened

1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

3 Tbsp. Celery chopped fine

1 Tbsp. Onion chopped fine

½ tsp. Lemon juice

1 tsp. Sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika for garnish

Rolls or croissants for serving

How to make this Deluxe Egg Salad:

Step 1. Mix together the cream cheese and butter in a bowl until smooth.

Step 2. Add in the mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine well.

Step 3. Fold in the hard-boiled eggs until completely incorporated.

Step 4. Serve on rolls or croissants topped with paprika for garnish.
