We have come a long way from your Grandma’s fruit Jell-O during the Holidays or the Fruit Salad they brought to family cookouts during the Summer. All of your favorite tasty treats are wrapped in one refreshing dessert. The base is created with cream cheese, yogurt, pudding, and cool whip, and then topped with amazing fresh fruit. Perfect for your kids as a snack or take to your Summer BBQs. It will be the talk of the town.
AMAZING!!!! Wonderful Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad recipe!
My kids are asking me to make this again! We all love it!
How should you serve this dish?
The best way to enjoy such a refreshing snack is too chilled. With all the dairy products used and fruits, you want to keep your Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve. If not, the fruit will become soggy and no one likes that.
Can you use different fruit?
The world is your Oyster! If you want to add Kiwi, Peaches, Blueberries, or any other type of fruit you can. Just make sure to cut it into thin slices if you choose a larger fruit.
How long will the Salad last?
Just like eating fruit by itself, you want to eat it within a few days of preparing the Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad. Even with being kept in the fridge, the fruit will get really soggy and turn sour taste. You can also add in fruit as you serve or eat to preserve the mixture for as long as possible without the flavor being tampered with.
There is never a wrong time to enjoy a salad, but make it an enjoyable one. The possibilities are endless with this creative dessert. It is so refreshing on a super hot Summer’s day, your tummy will be thanking you. Sometimes baking a cheesecake takes too much time that you may not have to whip up our Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad

How to make Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Salad:
Step 1. Grab a large bowl and stir in the Cream Cheese, Yogurt, Cheesecake Flavor Pudding, and Cool Whip. Mix for 1 minute to make sure everything is fully combined.
Step 2. Stir in your marshmallows
I recommend miniature marshmallows as they are easier to incorporate. They do have different flavors to choose from if you want to add another layer of flavor to this dish.
