Ingredients:

  • Sugar-free ketchup
  • Olive oil
  • Cream cheese softened
  • Ground beef
  • Large eggs
  • Onion
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Oregano
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Minced garlic
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Bacon pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredient Notes

  • Ground Beef: Use 80/20 for flavor or swap for lean beef or ground turkey.
  • Bacon: Adds smoky richness — cook it crisp before adding to the casserole.
  • Pasta: Elbow macaroni or rotini works best, holding the cheesy sauce perfectly.
  • Cheddar Cheese: Go for sharp cheddar for that classic cheeseburger bite.
  • Pickles (optional): Chopped dill pickles or relish give a signature tang.

Storage & Reheating

Let the casserole cool completely before covering. It keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze portions for up to 2 months. To reheat, cover loosely with foil and bake at 350°F until warmed through.

Serving Suggestions

Serve it just like a burger combo — with a side salad, fries, or roasted veggies. For a fun twist, top each serving with a few crispy onions or a squirt of ketchup and mustard.
