Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, add ½ cup of Bisquick or one cup of flour.
Step 3. Add ¾ cup of sugar.
Step 4. Add 4 large eggs.
Step 5. Add 2 cups of milk.
Step 6. Add 1 cup of flaked coconut.
Step 7. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Step 8. Add 1 tbsp of butter softened.
Step 9. Beat together the ingredients until smooth.
Step 10. Pour the mixture into a well-greased pie pan.
Step 11. Bake for 30 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Step 12. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
