Cake:
- Milk
- Butter (Melted)
- Eggs
- Baking Powder
- Sugar (Granulated)
- All Purpose Flour
- Pinch of salt
Topping:
- Cinnamon
- All Purpose Flour
- Packed Brown Sugar
- Butter (Softened)
Frosting:
- Sugar (Powdered)
- Vanilla Extract
- Milk
- Cream Cheese
How to make Cinnamon Roll Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients needed for the cake, and blend until creamy and smooth.
Add the flour.
Add the sugar.
Add the butter.
Add the eggs.
Add the baking powder.
Add the milk.
Step 3. Layer the batter in a 9×13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4. Mix together the topping ingredients until well combined.
Add the brown sugar and butter.
Add the flour.
Add the cinnamon.
Step 5. Spread the topping over the cake batter, and swirl to combine.
Step 6. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Step 7. Blend together the frosting ingredients.
Add the cream cheese and vanilla.
Add the powdered sugar.
Add the milk.
Spread over the cake while it is still a bit warm. Enjoy!
