Prep Time: 15 minutes – Cook Time: 1 hour – Servings: 6
Ingredients For Baked Fried Chicken:
6 Chicken legs
1 C. All purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt
½ tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Buttermilk
How To Make Baked Fried Chicken:
Step 1. Place the chicken in a bowl and cover in buttermilk. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2. Add the rest of the ingredients to a Ziploc bag and shake to combine well.

Step 3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 4. Add the chicken to the Ziploc bag and shake to coat in the breading mixture.
Step 5. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with oil or cooking spray.
Step 6. Bake for 30 minutes, flip over and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees.
