Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs
  • Water
  • Cornstarch
  • Sesame Oil
  • Brown sugar
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic minced
  • Pepper to taste

How to make Baked Teriyaki Chicken:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2. In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

Step 3. Pour in 1 tablespoon of water into the pot.

Step 4. Add ½ tablespoon of sesame oil.

 Add in ½ tablespoon of sesame oil.

Step 5. Sprinkle in ½ cup of brown sugar.

Step 6. Add in ½ cup of soy sauce.

Step 11. Bake for 15 minutes, baste with more teriyaki sauce, and bake for 15 minutes more.
