I was in the mood for something spicy and hearty, so I decided to make a black pepper beef and cabbage stir fry. The beef was cooked to perfection, and the peppers gave it a nice kick. But the real star of the dish was the cabbage. It was cooked just right and went so well with the beef and peppers.

How to make Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry:

Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add your oil or use a wok if you have one.

Step 2: Saute your garlic for about 5 seconds, then add ground beef to the pan

  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ small head of cabbage shredded finely
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Cornstarch
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
