I was in the mood for something spicy and hearty, so I decided to make a black pepper beef and cabbage stir fry. The beef was cooked to perfection, and the peppers gave it a nice kick. Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add your oil or use a wok if you have one.

Step 2: Saute your garlic for about 5 seconds, then add ground beef to the pan

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ small head of cabbage shredded finely
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Cornstarch
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
