What you need to make these Butter Pecan Cookies:

2 cup Pecans (Finely Chopped)

1 cup Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter (Softened)

⅔ cup Sugar

2 cup Light brown sugar

4 Large Eggs

2 tbsp pure vanilla extract

4 ½ cup Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Kosher Salt

How to make these Butter Pecan Cookies:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2. Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined and fluffy.

Step 3. Using a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.

Step 4. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until combined. Fold in the chopped pecans.

Step 5. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop dough out onto the cookie sheets. Bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 6. Finally, cool the cookies on a wire rack.
