  • 8 oz. Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 Large chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 Links of andouille sausage cut into slices
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter divided
  • 3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning divided
  • 1 tsp Ground thyme
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper chopped
  • 1 lb. Linguini cooked and drained
  • C. Of the pasta cooking liquid reserved
  • 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
