- Butter unsalted and divided
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Chicken and Spinach in Creamy Paprika Sauce:
Step 1. Melt 2 Tbsp of the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and saute for 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Step 3. Add the remaining butter to the skillet and saute the garlic in it for 30 seconds.
Step 4. Pour in the cooking wine to deglaze the skillet. Saute until the liquid is reduced by half.
Step 5. Whisk together the chicken broth and flour in a bowl.
Step 6. Pour the flour mixture into the skillet and whisk to combine.
Step 7. Mix in the heavy whipping cream, paprika, and more salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8. Squeeze the fresh lemon.
Stir in the spinach.
Step 9. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce.
Step 10. Saute until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.
