Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

These quesadillas so much are that there is little prep and I can have dinner on the table in under 20 minutes.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 5-10 minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients:

1 C. Shredded chicken

1 ½ C. Shredded taco blend cheese

4 Flour tortillas

¼ C. Ranch dressing

⅓ C. Bacon chopped

2 Tbsp. Butter

Instructions:

Step 1. Spread some ranch dressing on one side of two different tortillas, and lay them on a counter dressing side up.

Step 2. Top the tortillas with the bacon pieces, chicken, and shredded cheese.

Step 3. Spread the rest of the ranch dressing on the remaining two tortillas, and place them dressing side down on top of the first two.

Step 4. Melt the butter in a large skillet on medium heat, and toast the quesadillas on both sides until crispy and the cheese has melted.
