How To Make Chicken Stuffed Jalapenos:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. I added 1 cup of Shredded chicken to a mixing bowl.
Step 3. Then, add 1 cup of cheddar cheese shredded.
Step 4. Then, add 4oz of cream cheese softened.
Step 5. Start adding the seasonings by adding 1 ½ tsp of chili powder.
Step 6. Then, add 1 ½ tsp of cumin.
Step 7. Then, add ¼ tsp of salt.
Step 8. Finally, add 2 tbsp. of salsa.
Step 9. Stir to combine well.
Step 10. Stuff the jalapeno halves with the filling mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 11. Then fill them with the filling mixture.
Step 12. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve.

- 4 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 1 C. Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Salsa
- 1 ½ tsp. Cumin
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 1 C. Shredded chicken
- 1 ½ tsp. Chili powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add all of the ingredients except for the jalapenos to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
- Stuff the jalapeno halves with the filling mixture and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve.

Can I make these peppers ahead of time?
Sure, prepare as usual, however, do not bake until you will be serving them. Instead, wrap the baking shit in plastic and place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
How do I store the leftovers?
Once cooled completely to room temperature, they can be placed into an airtight container or wrapped with plastic and placed into the refrigerator. They will last for up to 4 days. You could freeze them for up to 4 months.
How do I reheat these jalapenos?
They can be placed on a baking tray and reheated in a preheated 350* oven. You could also reheat in the microwave for a few minutes.
