Ingredients for Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breasts:
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 C. Broccoli florets steamed and chopped
¼ C. Minced bell pepper
½ C. Cheddar cheese shredded
4 oz. Cream cheese softened
¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
2 tsp. Minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: You can add some broccoli to the mixiture.
How To Make Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breasts: So easy!
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Slice a pocket into the middle of the chicken breasts lengthwise. Be sure not to cut the chicken breasts completely through.
Step 3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Step 4. In a bowl, combine the broccoli, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5. Stuff the chicken with the broccoli mixture.
Step 6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Step 7. Sear both sides of the chicken breasts and place them onto a baking sheet.
Step 8. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
