- ¼ cup White Sugar
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- ¼ cup Sweet Cream Butter
- Ingredients for the Filling:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, Soft
- ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
- ⅔ cup Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 2 cup Vanilla Ice cream, Packed
Ingredients fro the Topping:
- 2 tbsp Sugar, granulated
- 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Heavy Cream, Chilled
Ingredients for the Garnish:
- 1 container Hershey chocolate sauce
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Break the graham crackers into pieces. Add the graham crackers pieces, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor.
- Put the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Place in the microwave-safe bowl.
- Melt the butter for about 1 minute. Pour the melted butter into the food processor.
- Blend until all ingredients are combined to make dough. Dump the mixture into a pie tin.
- Use the bottom of a glass to press into a crust and work to make the sides of the crust. Make it in the oven, baking at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
- Once fully baked, removed from the oven and set aside to cool for 30 minutes.
Directions for the Filling:
- Add cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in peanut butter until smooth. Reduce mixing speed to low.
- Add the ice cream, beating until creamy. Fill the crust with the filling.
- Use a rubber spatula to even the filling. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Put in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
Directions for the Topping:
- Take the bowl and beaters out of the freezer.
- Add the whipping cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar,and vanilla extract. Whip for 4-5 minutes or until stiff peaks start to form.
- Place in the refrigerator and chill until you are ready to serve the pie.
- When ready to serve, scoop the chocolate whipping cream into a piping bag with a large round tip.
Directions for the Garnish:
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup on the pie.
- Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips.
