No-Bake Eclair Cake is a great dessert with layers of graham crackers and vanilla pudding then topped with chocolate frosting for a perfect taste!

Easy to make no bake Eclair Cake, perfect for a simple dessert recipe! RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM.
Ingredients for Eclair Cake:
8 oz Vanilla pudding mix
8 oz of Cool Whip
3 C Milk
16 oz Chocolate Frosting
16 oz Graham Crackers (or something similar)

How To Make Eclair Cake:
Step 1. In a baking pan (13×9) layer the bottom with crackers.
Step 2. Mix the Cool Whip and Pudding.
Step 3. Add in the milk and mix.
Step 4. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers at the base.
Step 5. Layer more crackers on top of the mixture and repeat one more time.
Step 6. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top of the graham cracker until covered.
Step 7. Put in the fridge for 4 hours or more.
Serve and enjoy!
