Generally, Cool Whip cookies contain cool whip and cookie mix. The cake mix cookies would also need eggs, oil and water with the cake mix. So there is a slight difference. For most of the Cool Whip cookies.
Ingredients:
- Devil’s Food cake mix
- Cool whip, thawed
- Egg
- Baking powder
- Powdered sugar
How to make Cool Whip Cookies:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
Step 2. In a large bowl, add the devil’s food cake mix, cool whip, egg and the baking powder.
Stir together.
Step 3. Pour the powdered sugar in a different bowl, and drop the cookie dough spoon by spoon into the sugar. The idea is making small balls covered with powdered sugar.
Step 4. Place the balls in a cookie sheet, and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
