How to make Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2. Cook the elbow macaroni until al dente and drain well.
Step 3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ½ cup of milk and velveeta until completely melted and combined.
Step 4. Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and stir to combine.
Step 5. In a mixing bowl, add 2 large eggs and 4 tbsp melted butter.
Step 6. Then, add 1 cup of milk divided.
Step 7. Then, add 1 cup of each of the shredded cheeses.
Step 8. Then, add ½ tsp of garlic powder.
Step 9. Then, add ½ tsp of Paprika.
Step 10. Lastly, add salt and pepper.
Step 11. Pour this mixture into the macaroni, and stir to combine well.
Step 12. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of each of the shredded cheeses.
Step 13. Sprinkle some panko bread crumbs on top and bake for 25 minutes.
