Ingredients:
2 Containers of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
3 Large Eggs
½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
¼ cup Pecans (Chopped)
Instructions:
Step 1. Cut the cinnamon rolls into four pieces each, and layer in the Crockpot.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and maple syrup.
a) Add the heavy cream.
b) Add the eggs.
c) Add the cinnamon.
d) Add the nutmeg.
e) Add the vanilla.
f) Add the maple syrup.
Step 3. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
Step 4. Sprinkle the nuts on top of the mixture.
Step 5. Pour one of the icing packets over the mixture.
Step 6. Cook on low for 3 hours.
Step 7. Drizzle the remaining icing packet over the casserole before you serve.
