3 small Avocados (Diced)

2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 English Cucumbers (Chopped)

¼ cup Parsley (Chopped)

Salt And Pepper To Taste

Step 1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cucumber, avocado and tomato.
