- Olive oil
- Lean ground beef
- Taco seasoning
- Iceberg lettuce chopped
- Tomato diced
- Nacho cheese Doritos chips
- Catalina dressing
- Sour cream and guacamole for garnish if desired

How to make Dorito Taco Salad:
Step 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
Step 2. Add 1 lb of ground beef and 2 tbsp taco seasoning to the skillet.
Step 3. Cook until completely browned. Drain and set the meat aside to cool.
Step 4. Chop 1 Medium iceberg lettuce chopped, and place it into a large bowl.
Step 5. Add 1 large tomato chopped.
Step 6. Add the cooked beef.
Step 7. Add 1-2 cup Nacho cheese Doritos chips.
Step 8. add 1 cup of Catalina dressing.
Step 9. Toss well to combine.
Step 10. Serve topped with sour cream and guacamole for garnish if desired.

Dorito Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
- 1 Medium iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 Large tomato diced
- 1-2 C. Nacho cheese Doritos chips
- 1 C. Catalina dressing
- Sour cream and guacamole for garnish if desired

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
- Add the ground beef and taco seasoning to the skillet, and cook until completely browned. Drain and set the meat aside to cool.
- Chop the iceberg lettuce, and place it into a large bowl.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, cooked beef, Doritos and Catalina dressing to the bowl with the lettuce, and toss well to combine.
- Serve topped with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
