Does this really taste like Apple Pie?
This loaf definitely has all the flavors of Apple Pie. That is one reason why I am suggesting this so highly.
What type of Apple should I use?
I generally use Granny Smith, however, Braeburn, Red Delicious or Honeycrisp would be the choices I suggest. Most often, Granny Smith Apples will hold up better in cooking.
Could I use smaller loaf pans to make multiple loaves?
If you wanted to give small loaves as gifts, you should use the smaller Aluminum loaf pans that are available for gift-giving. These are the perfect size. Each full-size loaf will give two to three smaller loaves.

How should this Bread be stored?
The bread can sit on the counter for up to 24 hours, just be sure it is in an airtight container or wrapped tightly with plastic wrap. After that, I really recommend storing the Apple Pie Bread in the refrigerator for up to 4 or 5 days.
Can I freeze the Apple Pie Bread?
You can freeze this flavorful bread. Be sure it has cooled completely, cover it with plastic wrap, and then a layer or two of Aluminum foil. The double wrapping helps to prevent any chance of freezer burn that may happen.
