Easy Beef and Broccoli

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp water

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 lb beef round steak/strips

4 C broccoli

1 small onion, chopped

1 C Shredded carrots

2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tbsp corn starch

1/2 cup water

How to make Easy Beef and Broccoli:

Step 1. Coating: In a bowl, combine cornstarch, water, and minced garlic. Mix until combined.

Step 2. Coat the beef into the garlic mixture

Sauce Directions:

Step 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, Ginger paste, corn starch, and water.

Step 2. Mix until combined

Step 3. In a large wok over medium-high heat, stir-fry beef in 1 tablespoon oil until beef is browned.

Step 4. Remove and keep warm.

Step 5. Stir-fry broccoli, carrots, and onion in the remaining oil. Add the beef and sauce.

Step 6. Cook about 3 minutes, continuously stirring to ensure even cooking
