Crockpot Italian Beef Po’ Boys {Beef Sandwiches}

This Crockpot Italian Beef Po’ Boys {Beef Sandwiches} is really easy to make, and you barely have to lift a finger, and the result is an amazing meal.
The smell is even better than how it tastes, so once you catch a whiff, you can’t help but get excited.

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
3 lb. Beef boneless roast
1 Jar Pepperoncini peppers slices and with the juice reserved
2 Onions chopped
2 Packets of mushroom gravy mix
3 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 ½ tsp. Black pepper
2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
How to make Crockpot Italian Beef Po’ Boys:
Step 1. Place the onions, liquid from the peppers, Italian seasoning, black pepper, minced garlic, and 2 cups of water in the bottom of a Crockpot. Stir to combine.

c. adding black pepper
d. adding minced garlic
e. adding 2 cups of water
Step 2. Add the roast to the Crockpot, and toss to coat in the mixture.
Step 3. Put the lid on the Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Step 4. Mix the gravy packets with water according to the package instructions.
Step 5. Shred the beef and return it to the Crockpot.
Step 6. Pour the gravy into the Crockpot, replace the lid and cook on low for an additional hour.

Step 7. Serve the meat on sub rolls with the pepperoncini peppers as garnish if desired.
