Ingredients To Make Beef Goulash:
2 lb. Ground beef
3 tsp. Minced garlic
3 C. Water
2 Cans Tomato sauce 15 oz. each
2 Cans Diced tomatoes 15 oz. each
3 Bay leaves
3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 C. Elbow macaroni
1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese.
How Do You Make Beef Goulash:
Step 1. In a deep sided skillet over medium high heat, saute the beef until browned completely. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2. Add in the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 3. Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bay leaves, soy sauce, salt and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 4. Stir in the macaroni noodles and cover to simmer another 30 minutes.
Step 5. Mix in the shredded cheddar and serve.
