Super easy biscuit bites! They were also very delicious!
Ingredients for Easy Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Bites:
2 Packages of Grands Jr. Flaky biscuits 10 ct packages
1 lb. Ground breakfast sausage
2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
How to make Easy Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Bites:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Open the packages of biscuits, and peel each biscuit apart into two layers. This will make a total of 40 layers of biscuit pieces between the two packages.
Step 3. Press a layer of biscuit dough into each section of mini muffin tins to form a cup with a space in the center.
Step 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage and cheese until well blended.

Step 5. Form the sausage mixture into 40 small balls.
Step 6. Press a ball of sausage into the center of each dough cup in the mini muffin tins.
Step 7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
