These cute little sausage biscuit bites make for the perfect appetizer at a birthday party or on any other special occasion, but you can also enjoy them if you are looking for a bit of a different snack – ideally paired with a nice drink!

Cooking Tips:

For the cheesy sausage mixture to be truly bursting with flavor, remember to mix the two ingredients very well.

Variations:

If you are lactose intolerant, you may want to remove the shredded cheese from the recipe or replace it with a dairy-free alternative. Not a fan of cheddar cheese? Try replacing it with shredded Parmesan or another hard cheese of your choice.

Ingredients:

  • Grands Jr. Flaky biscuits
  • Ground breakfast sausage
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

How to make Easy Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Bites:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Open the packages of biscuits, and peel each biscuit apart into two layers. This will make a total of 40 layers of biscuit pieces between the two packages.

Step 3. Press a layer of biscuit dough into each section of mini muffin tins to form a cup with a space in the center.

Step 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage and cheese until well blended.
