Ingredients:

1 lb Breakfast Sausage (Ground)

1 cup Bacon Pieces

1 Bag of hash Browns with Onions and Peppers (Frozen and Cubed) 

12 Large Eggs

½ cup Milk

1 tsp Garlic Powder

2 cup Cheese (Shredded)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

Step 2. Add the ground sausage to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until completely browned and drain any excess grease. 

Step 3. Mix together the hash browns, cheese, sausage and bacon. Layer in a 9×13 greased baking dish.

a) Add the hash browns, sauce and bacon. 

b) Add the cheese.

Step 4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. 

a) Add the eggs.

b) Add the milk.

c) Add the garlic powder.

Step 5. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
