5 lbs Baking Potatoes
8 oz Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup Onion (Chopped)
1⁄2 cup Bacon Bits
1⁄2 cup Butter (Melted)
1 oz Ranch Dressing Mix
How to make Loaded Baked Potato Casserole:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400º F / 200º C.
Step 2: Scrub potatoes and prick with a fork.
Step 3: Bake 1 hour and let potatoes cool.
Step 4: Cut the potatoes into chunks.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 350º F / 170º C.
Step 6: Melt the butter in the microwave. In a large bowl, combine butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, ranch dressing mix, and bacon bits.
Step 7: Stir until well mixed.
Step 8: Add potatoes and toss until coated.

Step 9: Spoon potatoes into a baking dish.
Step 10: Bake for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
